Fuji Steak House in Lewisburg

Great sushi, but you can't actually get your nails done, which all the other reviewers seem confused about. We had four rolls, all great. The "lady gaga" was an unexpected great. No problems with the service. The music selection was.... interesting. Michael Jackson to Pitbull to literally a MIDI keyboard recording.Update: back for a second visit, and the food was still great. Music issue also seems resolved. No complaints, give them a try as an alternative to sushihana next time you're having sushi

This is a very good place for Japanese food being its primary dish but also has multiple Chinese options which are cooked in a little bit healthier manner than the lower quality Chinese restaurants around town. It does cost a little bit more than some of the others but that is necessary to get the better quality at this place serves.When I have been here multiple times for lunch the place usually has much available seating and they have service quickly allowing us to get back to our afternoon business. They 1 hour lunch break has allowed me to get from work eat here and return to work.When I have come in the evenings with just my wife and is a great place for two of us to have dinner. They were very accommodating when I brought my family including three young children but it is not the ideal place for young children.Overall we plan to keep coming back frequently.

Steakhouse is a misleading name I think. I went here for a sushi lunch on Christmas day. Nothing else was open in town as far I know. The restaurant is right off if Route 15, which is an easy access from I-80 as well. The service here is pretty fast as well. I don't think I would have picked this place if everything else wasn't closed, but I was not disappointed. Might even go back if I am in town.

Great food, friendly and great service

This place is awesome! Service is right on. They have so many different kinds of rolls, I could go back and have a different kind every day for 200 days!! Seriously though..its crazy. And the lunch specials are a great deal! Definitely going back 😊

I would like to give it three and a half stars but there's no way I can. The food was very good but the Pad Thai I'm used to has more sauce (this had none) and some of the shrimp was over cooked. It also didn't come until my friend was halfway through hers and I asked for it. My friends meal was excellent. It was my first time trying it and will go back.

Fantastic restaurant in Lewisburg. Lots of options across many Asian cultures. The Singapore Mei Fun was unbelievable. Will definitely be ordering it again (and again).

We stop by here a lot and every time the sushi is incredible. Service is usually prompt and they are always polite. Honestly, the sushi is so great the service could be absolutely awful and I'd keep coming back. I once thought the best sushi I'd ever get was the kind I had in NYC, but this place is close (if not equal).

Driving through and can only eat fresh healthy food. Found this gem. Friendly service, freshly made udon soup delicious on a cold fall day. Sushi well made. Clean and inviting.decor.

Great experience here! Good food & service and rarely is there a wait. It's BYOB so come prepared, but also get ready to save money on beverages.

Had a hankerin for some sushi so I got on the ol DoorDash and this place popped up. Ordered gyoza, a philly roll and sushi sampler. Order came quick, everything was correct and it is delicious! Would definitely order from Fuji again when I’m in the area 😁

They took the order of about 3 families before we finally left, which stinks because the Lady Gaga roll is AWESOME!

Excellent food!!! food is fresh, well prepared and delicious. Be aware they do not serve alcoholic beverages. We were not aware, as we were visiting the area, however, we observed other customers bringing in their own bottles of wine and the server providing wine glasses. Highly recommended because the food was great.

Good food n good service

Service was good. Sushi orders were switched and it took a while to get it but the waitress was kind & explained the mixup. Udon noodle dish was very good, lots of flavor. Hibachi was subpar but will say that the meat was cooked to perfection. Overall, we would definitely go back to try more of the menu!!!

Fuji Steakhouse is one of my favorite restaurants in Lewisburg. I'm a pescatarian and love everything that swims or crawls (but not floats) in the sea. This restaurant, run by a most accommodating Chinese family, including two delightful and beautiful young girls, has a menu that contains around 200 rolls, bento boxes, tempura, a few Thai and Chinese items, sushi and sashimi. My favorite is the sushi and sashimi combo, but I'm working my way through the rolls. The best yet is the Green River Roll. I've tried several bento boxes, all delicious. This restaurant is quiet year 'round; the Sushihanna in downtown Lewisburg has a lesser menu and during the academic year, you can't hold a conversation because of the loud students who pack the place.

This is an authentic Chinese/Japanese cuisine. Food is beyond awesome. The flavors are memorable. Staff very kind, professional and customer oriented. Costs can be from $ - $$$$$. By far, the best food around here. Looks small and empty, until you step inside. Highly recommend.

Exceptional quality for the price. My expectations were thoroughly exceeded. Oh yeah, and Oreo Tempura + ice cream to end it all!

I love their fried rice. They always plate their food nice and everything is served rather quick. The dressing on their salad is amazing, I love it. I dont eat sushi so I cant comment on that aspect but I have tried so many of their other dishes and they have all been pretty good. Sweet and sour chicken is my favorite but their black pepper chicken is good as well. The kids like the bento boxes.

Their food is top notch. If you dine in or takeout. The steak hibachi is to die for.

The food was not only delicious, but it came out very quickly (which was much appreciated because I was starving haha) and the service was phenomenal. Our waitress did such a great job and the atmosphere of the whole place was great! I will definitely be going back.

I loved this place. Very calm setting, friendly service and lovely music made this place a nice choice for lunch. Prices are really reasonable and there is plenty of space. I will be back!

The food was absolutely delicious. The sushi was very fresh and very tasty. The menu is huge, and the prices are very reasonable. Not cheap, but good Japanese food should never be cheap, and the prices here matched up with the quality of food. The service was very good as well. My wife and I love Japanese food and we will keep coming back to Fuji, no doubt!

It's never a disappointment eating at this fine establishment! The staff is VERY friendly and helpful. I feel like extended family. And the food is always AMAZING!

Food was amazing, I only wish the building was twice the size, so more people could enjoy this gem at one time.

I was passing through PA. I discovered this restaurant when I stayed overnight to break up my drive. It’s located in a strip mall. I ordered sushi and it was quite good. The menu is a mixture of Japanese, Thai, and even Vietnamese pho. I’d recommend this restaurant to those who has a hankering for Asian cuisine.

Really good food although prices are a bit salty. Nice atmosphere for a change of pace. Lunch specials are quite reasonable.

We checked Fuji out on the recommendation of an aquantiance. We had also heard there were no good sushi restaurants in Lewisburg. We were pleasantly surprised with Fuji. They were able to make the rolls with a thinner than usual layer of rice which was nice. We ordered several rolls, yellow tail sashimi and an egg sushi (tamago). All of the sushi rolls and yellow tail were tasty. The tamago tasted like it had been frozen and thawed. The manager was nice enough to remove it from our check because we did not eat it. All in all a nice experience and one that makes us want to return when we are in the mood for sushi.
